 ty as a common safeguard for all of us.\nThe right to seek safety was made
  for you and me. 75 years ago\, after the Second World War\, the world mad
 e a promise: people forced to flee have the right to seek safety and prote
 ction. It was never meant for a few. It was meant for all of us.\nNo one i
 s safe until the most vulnerable among us are. When people are forced to f
 lee their homes\, we all have a role to play. Ensuring protection for refu
 gees strengthens communities\, promotes stability\, and saves lives.\nThis
  World Refugee Day\, help keep the promise of safety alive. Stand with ref

 work has prepared Refugee Sunday information and resources to lif
 t up the current state of refugees globally and the importance of refuge
 e sponsorship in Canada.\n\nCanadian Foodgrains Bank Webinar: Food Securit
 y &amp\; Forced Migration\n In addition\, the Canadian Foodgrains Bank i
 s holding a webinar on Wednesday\, June 17th\, 8:00 pm (Atlantic) to explo
 re the connections between forced migration and food security\, what makes
  a resilient food system\, and how we can support people forced to flee th
 eir homes around the world through learning\, giving\, prayer\, and advoca
 cy.\nTogether\, we will explore the following:\n\n\nLearn about Forced t
 o Flee\, an experiential learning resource that builds understanding of th
 e circumstances and consequences of millions facing forced displacemen
 t. \n\n\nDeepen understanding of the causes of forced migration and how 
 Foodgrains Bank members and supporters are making a difference around the 
 world. \n\n\nBe equipped to take action through ongoing learning\, praye
